What you’ll explore

The gift of human life

The difference between simply surviving (eating, sleeping, working) and truly living. What is the unique gift of human intelligence?

Does God exist?

A logical, open-minded inquiry – not blind faith. Can the existence of a higher intelligence be reasonably understood?

Who am I? The science of the soul

If the body changes (from child to adult to elder), what stays the same? An introduction to the atma (Sanskrit for "the self" or soul) – the conscious being within.

What is God? One or many? Form or formless?

Exploring the nature of the divine – impersonal energy versus personal being. Does God have a form? And why does it matter?

Karma and reincarnation – the law of action and consequence

Not punishment, but a natural law: every action has a reaction. Understanding why life sometimes feels unfair – and how to navigate it with clarity.

Living with purpose – a practical toolkit
